By cultivating a sense of community and a spirit of loyalty, the Centers serve as a unifying force in the life of IID. We will work to accomplish our mission within the framework of the following deeply hold our committed values.

Sponsored by the German Technology Organization in cooperation with the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry, our main duties are to design curricula and provide marketing places management courses to various businesses and government officers. The center manages a task force to design the syllabus, which includes compiling a text book and case packets for teaching graduate students, who currently are managers or experts at government offices, universities and private SMEs. Also, the center organizes training programs on marketing places, competitive advantage models, value chain management courses… and conducts PACA – LED programs for over 40 provinces in Vietnam, mostly in the Mekong Delta, the highland, the middle of and the north of Vietnam, to provide strategic tools for local economy developers improving their hometowns.

Center for executive training and mega guru events:

Tony Buzan, Jack Canfield, Clifford Shultz II… are a few guest speakers who we are working with to deliver their speeches, to share their thoughts, and to train Vietnamese entrepreneurs and directors (CEO, CMO, CFO, sales manager, operation manager, administration manager, HR manager…). Our local partners are several Universities in Vietnam and selected institutes of educations i.e. ITD from Malaysia, MPDF from IFC, Fulbright from the US.

In 2006, the HCMC Party Chairman Mr. Nguyen Minh Triet handed over to the HCMC Youth Union the newly built seven-floor building to form the very first Student Aid Center, prior to his trip to Hanoi becoming the Country President. The Center now works with us on various vocational training programs to fill the gap between college training and the real business world. This hub now serves all universities and colleges in HCMC.

The consumer and retail markets in Vietnam have been strongly developed. The AT Kearney rated them among the “top 3” fastest market growth in the world. The population of Vietnam is over 85 million people; 75% among them are in the working age who have the tendency and need to integrate into the global economy and culture.

The finance and banking market in Vietnam is mushrooming with over 70 active banks, hundreds of application to form new financial institutes, and thousands of branches are opening up throughout the country. Retail banking has been better appreciated and more strongly promoted. Leading foreign financial organization such as Citibank, HSBC … are ready to land and pervade in the Vietnamese market.

The cultural trend of non-cash payment has risen significantly with the annual growth rate of card issuing at over 100% and card payment at over 50% in the last 5 years since 2003. Now existing in Vietnam are three bank switch, five international card associations, and over twenty local bankcard brands in a fierce competition for clients.

Established in January 2002, our bankcard consulting and outsourcing services have helped to secure the leading position for our clients among other card providers in Vietnam. On behalf of the bank, we do both issue processing and acquire processing services. Following the only service of its kind in Vietnam, now BankMart do the same service to all top banks in Vietnam

Realizing the need for labors in the field of banking, especially in the bankcard services which lack of professionalism; VCG introduce the BankMart Academy to develop professional skills related to the bankcard business. Courses are taught by banking professionals and focus on all factors of developing a standard bankcard center, we have specially designed “The Bankcard Training” program which is a practical training program for officers who are new in the bankcard business or need a broader, more fundamental understanding of this area.

The training program is designed following the standard course syllabus, materials and hands-out, with reference to the materials of international card organizations available such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Diners Club. The aim is to enable professionals who are in the bankcard business to have a good chance to approach a practice-oriented course of study. This unique training that focuses on the practical aspect and all factors of developing a standard bankcard business is as follows:
